Missions Principales

• 1. Act as the Datacom Engineer, take the lead in technical work in service scenarios like single-product technical project delivery and network maintenance. Solve complex technical problems of a single product, and summarize cases and service requirements.
• 2. Take the lead in reviewing Datacom project solutions, identifying risks, and resolving problems to ensure project success.
• 3. Ensure the delivery of Datacom projects, coordinate with related organizations and departments to ensure successful project delivery, summarize and extract typical common issues in a timely manner, and drive continuous business improvement.
• 4. Act as a network maintenance engineer for datacom products, maintain and analyze faults of the preceding products, and improve network performance.
• 5. Support pre-sales expansion and cooperate with the marketing department to deliver test sites.

• Work Requirement
• 1. Have solid knowledge of Telecom networks with a bachelor’s degree or above in the Telecom field.
• 2. Have experience in delivering and maintaining datacom products such as routers, switches, and security products. Have general knowledge of troubleshooting methods for common network problems.
• 3. Familiar with mainstream solutions, product technologies, and tools, such as IP Core, Metro, IP RAN, SD-WAN, and WLAN SRv6. Have solution design, integration commissioning, and live network implementation capabilities. Have project delivery experience.
• 4. Have good communication, coordination, teamwork skills, sensitivity to issues, and strong driving force.
• 5. Strong learning ability and strong interest in new technologies, holders of CCIE or HCIE certificates are preferred.
• 6. Fluent in both English and French is mandatory, the work language is English in Huawei.
